This card was inspired by a card from the current issue of Paper Crafts Magazine. I thought it was so cleaver that they original creator had used a heart in place of one of the flags.

This is so stinkin' cute! I totally want to lift this one. What a great idea to use the pennants for V-Day. The heart is an adorable touch.
