Fancy fold flower & Free Template

This week the challenge over at the Heart 2 Heart blog was to create something with a fold. For my project I created this flower using the pleated flower technique, the only difference is that I smashed down the center and added a button. I warned you that you were going to see lots of this ledger paper-I even used some thin strips on the clothes pins.

And in case you want to make your own clothes pin holder I created a template. This little box would also make great post-it note holder or even some mini candy bars for Halloween. You should be able to click on the picture to see it larger, but if for any reason you can view or print it just email me and I will send you a pdf of the template. (email me at kabrown63@hotmail.com)

{keep it together Clothes Pin Gift Holder Supplies}
Cardstock: Topiary textured (Close to My Heart)
Ink: desert sand (close to My Heart)
Rub-on letters: Love letters (Close to My Heart)
Establishments: Chocolate ribbon, chocolate button, swade flowers, chocolate brad (Close to My Heart)
Other: ledger paper, clothes pins

Thanks for yet another great project, complete with a template too! These would be fun with magnets on the back and kids' names on the front to hold their artwork on the fridge.

I love the ledger paper yardsale score, but I can't believe that the 80s are now vintage! Yikes!
