Vintage Santa

When the stamp pads for these colors were stacked up on my desk I just loved them, but when I started working with them I was having a really hard time making it come together. I am still not sure about this card. This color combo is from Jeanette Lyntons color challenge from this week, she rocked the colors and made some great projects, be sure to check them out.

Easy Trees-Really!

I cant believe how easy this card was to make. Those trees? Super easy! I started out with a piece of canvas and then using a CTMH marker and a ruler I drew the trunk and branches. Then I used a tiny leaf stamp to add the fall color. Lastly I fringed the edges of the canvas. So Easy!

Give Thanks Votive Set

I decided to really go all out and decorate my mantel for Thanksgiving-normal I might add a pumpkin or something up there and hold out for Christmas to change it up, but not this year. I made these sweet little votive candles with clip on tags. I have tons of these votive candle holders around, I use them in my craft room to hold buttons, brads and all sorts of things. I really didn't want the tags to be permanent, so I went with the mini clothes pins to hold them on. At the end of the month I can just pack away the tags and still have my little cups for my supplies. I think these would also be really cute at Valentines or even Easter!

Just for fun I turned on all the candles and took a night picture.
