CTMH Operation Smile Project

Did you miss me??
Well I am back from convention and my mind is spinning. I will have more on that next week. I am still not caught up on laundry, work or much of anything, but I did want to get some art up here for you. Again this year I was asked by CTMH to create a project for Operation Smile. This is my mini notebook set. In the next few posts I will show you all the books as well, but lets start with how I created the holder.
I used some chipboard pieces and masking tape to construct the holder. I then covered it with paper, distressed it, sprayed it with ink and sanded it.
I used some clear glass beads for the feet and I hot glued them on.
Here I used some layered flowers and buttons to create the accent.
I used some color ready craft boarders on the edges for a nice finished look.
I proudly say thanks to Laura C. for the purchase of this item. (it raised enough to pay for 1/2 of a life changing operation)

Beautiful! It's on my list to buy at least one more pack of Miracle before it's gone. Thanks for sharing with us such a beautiful creation, and it makes my heart happy to know that it went to such a great cause. :)
