Local Scrapbook Store Envelopes

This week I stopped into my local scrapbook store. I found lots of cute things. One of the items that really caught my eye was these envelopes from Maya Road, they were kraft colored, with elegant flaps and had such a vintage look.
When I got them home I wanted to create a vintage type card to go along with them. I used the envelope that was 4.5x4.5 and added CTMH desert sand ink to increase the vintage look.

Where did the time go?

I haven't even had time to step into the craft room for the past week-

but tonight I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel!

So I promise to be back later this week with some art. In the meantime, take a look at this photo I snapped last week right after a rain shower.

We were having some questionable weather and I went out in the back yard to look at the sky. I spotted this little guy flying around by the honeysuckle so I went back in the house filled up the feeders and grabbed my camera. I got this one after about 45 minutes of waiting!
