The Creative Blogger

I have been nominated for the Creative blogger! by several other creative bloggers and I have a little story to share about that!
The amount of spam that I get associated with this blog is unreal. A few months back I set up a folder in my email where ALL emails with the word "blog" associated with them went to. That kept all the junk for filling up my inbox and my phone from dinging every 2 minutes.
Turns out I had been ignoring some of these requests to participate in the creative blogger and didn't know it So I first want to say how sorry I am that I missed out sooner.
Krista and I met a few years ago at CTMH convention. She had been on a retreat with my upline and the group of retreaters were meeting for lunch at convention, I was a tag-a-long!
(also Amy and Judy who's email I missed earlier)

So Now I have to answer the questions.

1. What am I working on right now?
I am working with the CTMH Snowhaven Paper Pack and trying to get all the projects for November blog posts done. I am going to do a craft fair in December and I need the month of November to get ready for it.

2. How long does it take me to create a project?
Usally not too long. (and that sometimes shows!) I like cards because they are fast and I can get one finished in about 30 minutes. That seems long for one card but I think most of that time is spent in the deciding what I want to do. The making is generally short!

3. What are my favorite things to create with at the moment?
Right now I am totally obsessed with Gold embossing powder! And then ofcourse stamps, they are always my main focus!

4. How does my creating process work?
I work by paper pack. I use the same paper pack for a whole month. All of my blog posts, all of my samples and all of my classes use that paper pack. It makes things simple for planning and ordering.
As far as a project goes. I pick a stamp and then I use a card pattern- either from a pattern book or a card I want to recreate from a magazine or the web.

5. How do I become inspired and stay inspired?
For me it's Pinterest- don't ask how many "pins" I have!
If I made one a day I would never make all my pins.

6. What is my signature style?
Is all "over the place" a style? I kinda just jump around and do what makes me happy. If I had to pick just one it would be structured.... maybe. I tend to go for a sketch or card design and stick to it.

I nominate the following for the Creative Blogger!
