This card was inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest- You can see it here on one of my pin boards. I used the cuttlebug to emboss the back ground and then I lightly sanded over it. I pleated some the pattern paper from Tommy and Used the cute whale image from the Under the Sea stamp set!
