I found a card on Pinterest that had some confetti behind an image that I just loved. The problem with Pinterest is that sometimes there is no source for the photo. After a little searching and googling I discovered that the image came from a Stampin' Up catalog. Of course that meant no directions and I would have to figure it out on my own. This is my version of that card. And here's how I did it.
I punched some circles and then I sewed them behind a piece of velum. The original card used transparency sheets I think, but I didn't have much luck when I tried that. The transparency was so "staticy" that the circle confetti didn't move at all.
