Mother's Day Tea Box

Right before my birthday I went to a real tea party. The fancy kind with china, scones and a whole bunch of flavored tea.
Since then I have really been into tea, tea pots and everything else to do with tea. It must be a sign of old age!
I used re-inker to color a white flower yellow.

Supplies from CTMH-Buttercup CS, Twilight CS, Sorbet ribbon, Twilight brad, white daisy crochet flowers, Twilight ink, Buttercup re inker, May word puzzle stamp set
Other-scallop punch

Darling tea box! I love the idea of dying the flowers. Why didn't I think of that?

  6. I'm a tea lover, too, currently hooked on Bigelow's Vanilla Chai. Your box is adorable. LOVE the color combination. I, too, would not have thought to dye the flowers. Thanks for the inspiration!

  9. I'm not too much of a tea drinker (unless it's iced tea) but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate how adorable this is! I've actually thought about taking my girls to a high tea someday.

I especially like those flowers! (hee, hee)

Great work! Thanks so much for sharing!!
