Happy Halloween! Today may be Halloween, but Christmas Stamp Camp has officially taken over my house. Above are bags for all the "campers" to take home their cards and goodies in. Below, are assembly boards, and yes that's own the bed. Stamp Camp is everywhere in my house.

 I am currently take an Art Class. The class is called The Art of Holiday Goodness. This is my favorite project from week one. Our wonderful teacher made her project on a bookmark, but I had these great burlap bags from Close to My Heart that I hadn't done anything with yet. Don't you just love her little fall boots?

The Cat Card

This is also a card from my Halloween Stamp camp set. I just love the cat! Of course that image cut's on the Artbooking Cartridge and so it made it perfect for mass production of cards.

Batty 4 U

A while back I created some Halloween Cards for a Halloween Stamp Camp. I also spent the time and created directions for all my Halloween cards and project and you can find all the info here.

This card was my favorite of all the cards that I created- I liked the banner and the bat! I spied the bat idea on Pinterest. Of course I thought I pinned it, but now I don't see it. Could it be that I have pinned way to many things? Most likely!
The bat body is part of the owl cut out from the CTMH Artiste cartridge and the wings are a circle cut in half!

Book Review: The Last Bride in Ballymuir

This was a quick and easy read! I enjoyed it! This was a free download from Kindle, so that makes it even better!  The characters have depth and are written well. Michael Kilbride, recently released from prison for serving a crime of association with terrorists. Kylie O‘Shea is a school teacher prim and proper with lots of secrets. Their unexpected meeting in a stone strewn field that he helps her clear, starts an unlikely pairing between the two. Kylie likes to stay in the shadows and keep out of everyone's eye. But now that she has caught the eye of Michael Kilbride all bets are off. Things get complicated when family issues arise, Kylie's father is a piece of work. Besides Michael's sister, his family is trouble as well. Outside forces threaten Michael's freedom and Kylie’s livelihood. It had an interesting storyline and the setting drew me in. I liked how it was set in Ireland.

This card was made using the CTMH Cricut Artbooking Cartridge overlay and the Cricut Craft Room. My 1st ever project using the craft room, and I am in LOVE!

Happy Birthday for the Gamer

We are not a video game house, but we did have a Nintendo when I was a kid. (Wish I still had that thing it might be worth some money, or someone might want it for a museum piece!!) When I first viewed the CTMH catalog I knew I would buy this stamp, Tech Speck, because it would make perfect cards for boys. Those are the cards I struggle with, so I made a few of these to have on hand!
